Changes Are Coming to Canada’s Privacy Laws – Part One: The Changes

On November 1st 2018, the Government of Canada will be enforcing important changes to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).  These amendments will apply to most private-sector organizations conducting commercial activities throughout most of Canada.
